What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email. - You will assist clients in understanding healthcare benefits and eligibility requirements. - You will document and update client information accurately in the system. - You will resolve client issues by coordinating with internal departments and external partners. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare policies and procedures. - You will contribute to team goals by providing feedback and sharing best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of CRM systems. - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
