What You Bring: - Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and use of customer management systems. - High school diploma or equivalent required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in government healthcare programs. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. - Previous experience in a call center environment.
