Role Overview: As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Healthcare, you will play a vital role in assisting Spanish-speaking clients by providing exceptional service and support. Your role is essential in ensuring clear communication and helping clients navigate healthcare programs effectively. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will assist clients with healthcare program information, eligibility, and application processes. - You will document and update client information accurately in the system. - You will resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare policies and procedures. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or government services. - You bring fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You bring strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You bring proficiency with computer systems and data entry. - You bring the ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in healthcare customer service or related fields. - Knowledge of healthcare programs such as Medicaid or Medicare. - Familiarity with CRM software and call center environments. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English.
