Role Overview: As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Healthcare, you will play a vital role in assisting Spanish-speaking clients by providing exceptional service and support. Your role is essential in ensuring clear communication and helping clients navigate healthcare services effectively. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will assist clients with healthcare program information, eligibility, and benefits. - You will document and update client records accurately in the system. - You will resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations. - You will collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare policies. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare programs such as Medicaid or Medicare. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
