Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare services by providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support. Your efforts will help ensure clients receive accurate information and assistance, contributing to improved health outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will assist clients with healthcare program information, eligibility, and application processes. - You will document and track customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve client issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or government programs. - You have fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse client populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of Medicaid or other government healthcare programs. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
