As a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish, Healthcare, you will play a vital role in assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their healthcare inquiries and services. Your purpose is to provide exceptional support, ensuring clients receive accurate information and compassionate service to improve their healthcare experience. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from Spanish-speaking clients regarding healthcare services. - You will assist clients in understanding their healthcare benefits and eligibility. - You will document client interactions accurately in the system. - You will resolve client issues by providing clear and empathetic communication. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to facilitate client needs. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures.
