What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and databases to manage customer information. - You possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
