Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare programs by providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will assist clients with healthcare program information, eligibility, and application processes. - You will document and track customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or government services. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment. - You have basic computer skills and experience with customer service software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in healthcare or social services. - Knowledge of government healthcare programs and eligibility criteria. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role.
