Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare services by providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will assist clients with healthcare-related questions and provide accurate information. - You will document and track customer interactions using company systems. - You will collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare policies and procedures. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. - You have bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable using computer systems and customer management software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse populations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare or government services environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
