Role Overview: As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare clients by providing clear, compassionate, and effective communication. Your ability to assist Spanish-speaking customers will help ensure they receive the care and information they need. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries in both English and Spanish. - You will assist customers with healthcare-related questions, benefits, and services. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will provide empathetic support to customers facing complex healthcare challenges. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare insurance and benefits. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
