What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and customer service software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse client needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare environment. - Knowledge of government health programs and policies. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center setting.
