What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with computer systems and data entry. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
