Role Overview: As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Healthcare, you will be the vital link between our clients and the services they need. Your role is to provide exceptional support and guidance to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their healthcare inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound customer calls and provide clear, empathetic assistance in both Spanish and English. - You will resolve healthcare-related questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. - You will document customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to facilitate service delivery. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and customer service software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Previous experience with government health programs.
