Role Overview: As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the healthcare sector, you will be the frontline support for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive accurate information and compassionate assistance. Your role is vital in facilitating communication and resolving inquiries related to healthcare services. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from Spanish-speaking clients regarding healthcare services. - You will provide clear and accurate information about healthcare programs, benefits, and eligibility. - You will document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the system. - You will assist clients in navigating healthcare resources and resolving issues efficiently. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare partners to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards to protect client confidentiality. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare regulations and customer service best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to client interactions. - You are proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly. - You have the ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare environment or with government health programs. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Previous experience in a bilingual customer service role.
