Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking healthcare clients. Your bilingual skills will help bridge communication gaps and ensure clients receive accurate and timely assistance, contributing to improved health outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking healthcare clients via phone and in-person interactions. - You will accurately document client information and service requests in the company database. - You will assist clients in understanding healthcare programs, benefits, and eligibility requirements. - You will resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to facilitate client services. - You will maintain confidentiality and comply with all healthcare regulations and company policies. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with healthcare program updates. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and data entry. - You have the ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare environment or with government health programs. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
