What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to client interactions. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and able to learn new software quickly. - You have the ability to work on-site in Brownsville, TX, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center or government health services. - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related training.
