Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare services by providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and assistance. - You will handle healthcare-related questions and guide clients through available services. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. - You will assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups for clients. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer service processes. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with computer systems and CRM software. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare environment or with government health programs. - Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Experience with scheduling and appointment management software.
