As a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish, Healthcare, you will play a vital role in assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their healthcare inquiries and services. Your role is essential in ensuring clear communication and excellent service delivery to support the health and well-being of our diverse community. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from Spanish-speaking healthcare clients. - You will provide accurate information regarding healthcare programs, benefits, and eligibility. - You will assist clients in navigating healthcare systems and resolving issues related to their services. - You will document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to facilitate client needs. - You will adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards in all communications. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare policies and customer service best practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to client interactions. - You are proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly. - You have the ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a healthcare call center environment. - Knowledge of healthcare programs such as Medicaid or Medicare. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Certification in customer service or healthcare-related fields.
