Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Maximus, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare services by providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer support. Your efforts will help ensure clients receive accurate information and assistance, contributing to improved health outcomes. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in both Spanish and English. - You will assist clients with healthcare program information, eligibility, and application processes. - You will document and track customer interactions accurately in the system. - You will resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. - You will collaborate with team members and healthcare partners to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or government programs. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - You have the ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, full-time. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in healthcare or social services environments. - Knowledge of Medicaid or other government healthcare programs. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English. - Previous experience in a fast-paced call center setting.
