Maxima Therapy Inc. is excited to announce that we are hiring a medical intake coordinator. The successful candidate will coordinate services for children with developmental delays. We offer competitive rates up to $35/hour, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Duties: • Coordinate onboarding activities, including processing and managing referral paperwork and matching clients to an appropriate provider • Maintain status of all intake activities by recording, confirming, and uploading all documentation as required • Manage daily workload to ensure new clients progress through the intake process per established processes and protocols, including timely follow-up of all assigned new clients • Assist with other projects or initiatives that support improvements in the customer experience Minimum Requirements: • Previous work within CA Regional Center system is a must • Previous experience working with SGPRC is a plus • Bilingual (English, Spanish) • Superb oral and written communication skills • Ability to work independently within established procedures • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting • Exceptional customer service attitude • Proactive, self-motivated, driven • Strong computer proficiency with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to type fluently • Ability to track, monitor, review, and manage data collected in the intake process Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work well as part of a team, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
