MaxCare is currently seeking a hardworking and motivated Project Manager for our Construction Division. Job Summary: The project manager is primarily responsible for managing construction and restoration repairs between $5,000-$80,000+. The project manager ensures that all projects are completed within a timely manner, and to the quality standard within agreed specifications. The Project Manager will manage work crews, subcontractors and suppliers related to each project and handle all communication to the adjusters, clients, and other entities pertaining to the project. The Project Manager Duties Include but Are Not Limed To: · Coordinate the repairs of residential and/or commercial properties by overseeing crews/subcontractors and stay within budgets. · Call and meet customers regularly to ensure satisfaction during the repair process and when all work is complete. · Manage deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously. · Update progress in XactAnalysis, Contractor Connection/Alacrity/Sedgwick, and Dash regularly. The Ideal Candidate Should Have the Following Skills/Qualities: · Detailed understanding of restoration and reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water, wind, mold, fire, or biohazard. · Background in estimating, managing and construction knowledge and/or experience. · Capable of managing 15-25 + files from start to completion. · Able to communicate clearly/calmly/effectively with clients/vendors/subcontractors. · Ability to lead effectively and motivate a team. · Proven experience producing/selling/estimating insurance restoration jobs. · Preferred experience using Xactimate software. · Understanding and maintaining Job Cost guidelines. · Valid WA Driver’s License with no major offenses. · High School Diploma or Higher Education. Salary: From $65,000.00 with a quarterly commission plan.
