ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE & CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (HYBRID) This hybrid role blends SaaS sales with hands-on customer success. You’ll sell the MTS platform, onboard new clients, and maintain lasting relationships. During the first 3–6 months, the position begins as a 1099 contractor for flexibility during ramp-up, converting to W-2 employee status once managing active accounts. Compensation, quotas, and incentives remain the same across both phases. RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Growth • Present, demo, and sell Max Tracking Solutions’ SaaS platform to service companies nationwide. • Achieve an average of 1-3 new company sales (or upsells) per month to meet a $500K ARR annual quota. • Capture authentic customer reviews from sales reps and customers. • Share success stories and results that highlight customer ROI and software impact. Customer Success & Operations • Fly out to meet client companies and build relationships in person. • Learn the full software suite to support onboarding and account management. • Create FAQ pages, help articles, and video tutorials for client training. • Oversee and update the maxtrackingsolutions.com product website with new materials and updates. • Streamline the onboarding and support-ticket processes for greater efficiency. • Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring smooth handoff between sales and support teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or a related field. • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. • Comfortable traveling to meet clients and attend industry events. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Background in CRM, software, or field-service technology. • Experience managing B2B client portfolios. • Video training or onboarding documentation skills. • Familiarity with the waste-management or logistics industry. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Base Pay: $60,000 per year Commissions: 10% ARR up-front + 2% residuals Target: 1-3 sales/month (depending upon product) ≈ $500K ARR annual quota Benefits: Health insurance reimbursement, 401K plan, additional bonuses
