Business Analyst - ITSM - ServiceNow 6-month plus remote contract role. NO C2C - Must be able to work without sponsorship Must Haves: • Strong BA experience (approx. 5+ years) • Excellent stakeholder management + workshop/interview facilitation • Requirements documentation: functional specs, process flows, acceptance criteria • Experience in ITSM / enterprise workflow platforms (conceptual understanding) • Strong communication skills & can translate complex conversations into clear documentation. Nice to Haves: • ServiceNow • Experience supporting cross-functional process design (Finance / HR / Facilities)
