Job Description Our client, a late-stage AI startup defining the next era of intelligent systems, is seeking a seasoned and unflappable Executive Assistant to support their Chief People Officer. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a highly visible role supporting a key executive who oversees People, Talent, Culture, and organizational scale during a period of hyper-growth. You'll serve as an operational extension of the CPO: Enabling speed, excellence, and clarity across a dynamic, high-stakes environment. The Role: Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer The City: San Francisco (Onsite) The Money: $185k base DOE + competitive equity + benefits The Company: Late-stage AI startup The Culture: Fast-paced. The Day-to-Day Own complex, rapidly shifting calendar management across global offices, leadership meetings, candidate interviews, and cross-functional priorities. Coordinate and execute all travel, logistics, and offsites (domestic & international), ensuring seamless, high-touch support. Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, and follow-through workflows to keep the CPO's priorities aligned with company objectives. Act as an external-facing liaison with candidates, partners, investors, and People leadership stakeholders - ensuring polished, consistent communication at all touchpoints.
