Full Description

Top Requirements (Must haves) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience leading technology projects or programs, within eCommerce or retail environments. • Proven experience delivering large, complex initiatives involving multiple teams and vendors. • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Demonstrated experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership. Exceptional organizational, planning, and risk-management skills. This role requires a delivery leader who brings clarity, calm, and momentum to complex initiatives through strong relationships and influence. • Operate effectively across time zones and cultures Demonstrates awareness, empathy, and adaptability when working with globally distributed teams, vendors, and partners. Surfaces risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations early and clearly. Translates delivery complexity into concise, actionable insights for leadership. • Coach teams toward stronger delivery Acts as a thought partner to Product Owners, Engineering leads, and project contributors. Helps teams strengthen planning discipline, execution rigor, and accountability while keeping focus on outcomes over process. • Always curious and continuously learning Brings a mindset of inquiry to both people and problems.
