GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Remote Banking Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client engagement through the bank's suite of digital and remote banking solutions. This position is responsible for promoting treasury and cash management services, overseeing client onboarding and training, and ensuring ongoing support and satisfaction for business banking clients. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Sell and Cross-sell related products and services to achieve sales and revenue goals. Manage and actively work referrals from bank partners. Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate and teach new users how to use our Cash Management Products. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent situations as they arise. Demonstrate the need to take ownership of customer situations, resolving issues in a timely manner. Capable of investigating and troubleshooting technical and service issues. Conduct extensive Pre-Call Planning and preparation by leveraging sales tools and resources. Proactively make out bound Presentation Sales Calls to recommend appropriate business solutions. These solutions will include a wide range of products and services and leverage our digital and remote banking solutions. Consult with a wide range of partners to help meet the business and personal financial needs of our customers and prospects. These solutions include cash management, loan, deposit, merchant services, wealth management and other products as they are developed. Make product recommendations and lead all prospective and active deals while being the primary contact and liaison between the customers and partners. Partner with implementation teams to roll out initiatives flawlessly for customers and colleagues. Work with bank business partners and enrolled customers on troubleshooting and ongoing product/service maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction Understand complex processes and systems in-depth for those transactions/experiences for which you are responsible. Complete administrative tasks including daily sales system entries and all applicable paperwork. Adhere to compliance requirements. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Job functions are performed in an office environment. Incumbent operates various types of office equipment, secures supplies and files, communicates with customers and/or other employees and is frequently required to move about the branch and/or office location. Physical demands involve any or all of the following: digital dexterity and eye/hand coordination in the operation of office equipment; light to moderate lifting and carrying of supplies, files, etc.; the ability to speak to and to hear customers and/or other employees on the telephone and in person; body and motor skills sufficient to enable the incumbent to move from one office location to another; must be capable of learning to use complex data processing equipment and performing moderate to complex mathematical calculations; must be able to work extended hours as needed. EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered. 2+ years in a relationship building role. Business to Business sales experience required. Motivated self-starter Successfully operate in a "team" atmosphere building upon and leveraging strong internal and external network. Ability to succeed in a fast paced, demanding sales culture with measured routines and goals aimed at new deposit and loan generation, cross sales, customer service and satisfaction Proficiency with portfolio/account management preferred. Ability to understand core business products and services. Proven track record of sales and outside calling skills. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strong customer and colleague relationships.
