Engagement Specialist – Florida (Tampa & Orlando) Matter Health At Matter Health, we bring primary care directly to where patients live — providing accessible, high-quality in-home healthcare focused on the senior population. As we continue to grow across Florida, we’re looking for passionate Engagement Specialists to join our expanding team! What You’ll Do • Serve as the first point of contact for potential patients, introducing Matter Health’s services with empathy and professionalism. • Build trusted relationships through phone outreach and community engagement. • Educate patients and families about Matter Health’s in-home primary care model. • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and enrollment steps with clinical and administrative teams. • Ensure a seamless, positive experience for every patient from first contact to onboarding. What You’ll Bring • 2+ years of experience in home health, healthcare outreach, or patient engagement. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — compassionate, patient-centered, and proactive. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and empathy. • Experience in Florida healthcare markets (Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Orlando preferred). • A genuine passion for helping seniors live healthier, more independent lives.
