Description Description (JD) for a Director, Program Management role focused on client implementation and fraud software deployment success: Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Program Management to lead the end-to-end implementation of our fraud detection and prevention software solutions for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for ensuring successful client onboarding, seamless deployment, and long-term adoption of our technology, while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional implementation programs for enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of fraud software solutions. Own the client journey from post-sale through go-live, acting as the primary escalation point and strategic advisor. Develop and manage program plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support) to align on client goals and technical requirements. Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance scalability and client outcomes. Mentor and lead a team of program and project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity. Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with industry standards and data security protocols throughout the implementation lifecycle. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing complex software implementations, preferably in fraud, risk, or financial technology. Strong understanding of fraud detection technologies, data integration, and enterprise IT environments. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
