Manage partner relationships, develop sales programs, and coordinate resources to meet sales and partnership objectives.
Requires experience in B2B sales, channel partner management, and familiarity with PACS or orthopaedic software, which are not evident in your resume.
What you will do • Manage and continue to develop our PACS partners' relationships and distributed sales • Manage our partner program, which includes identifying new business opportunities, recruiting channel partners, negotiating partner agreements, and supporting partner sales • Create and facilitate sales training for all stages of partner management • Track and report sales metrics, forecast monthly sales, and manage the pipeline • Provide overall relationship management and act as the central point of contact for PACS partners, establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts • Proactively coordinate with partners to develop and execute business plans with mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship • Coordinate the involvement of company resources, including support, service, and management, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations • Manage potential channel conflicts with other company sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement • Manage direct sales of the OrthoView software to orthopaedic departments Your profile • Bachelor's degree required • Experience working with channel partners, especially PACS • Experience developing a channel sales program preferred • Business-to-business sales experience required • Proven track record of sales success • OrthoView experience is a plus • Ability to travel up to 40% with some international travel required Skills and abilities: • Effective problem-solver with the ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches • Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak comfortably in front of large audiences and converse with high-profile clients • Ability to report and operate in a matrix organization • Highly organized and analytical • Knowledge of additive manufacturing/3D printing preferred Location and type of contract • Plymouth, MI, USA • Full-time • Hybrid • Associate level
