We are actively seeking motivated and customer focused Subaru Trade-Up Advantage Program Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities: • Maintain strong knowledge of current new car inventory, incentives, and Trade-Up offers. • Review daily service appointments using the Care Connect Program portal to analyze equity positions and identify qualified customers. • Initiate face-to-face conversations to introduce Trade-Up Program and present upgrade opportunities on digital handouts to eligible customers. • Explain benefits of trading up to a new Subaru, including updated safety features. • Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure a smooth handoff. • Capture and log all customer interactions in CRM with detailed notes and outcomes. • Follow up with leads and interested, unsold customers and maintain long-term relationships. • Provide backup support on the showroom floor when scheduled/required. • Conduct yourself in a professional manner that supports our culture and the Subaru Love Promise. • Schedule in-dealership appointments and track activity using our CRM. • Present trade values and monthly payment options to customers. • Manage process for outbound emails, text messages and phone calls prior to and post customer service visits.
