MTS RV GENERAL MANAGER Lead the Crew, Help Customers, Work From Home Bring your RV service and sales experience to a flexible remote leadership role (with occasional travel). We’re looking for a motivated Remote RV Repair General Manager & Sales to oversee our service operations and to grow sales — primarily working from home, with some travel to service locations as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, sales, and customer service, with a proven track record in B2B and technology sales. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business development initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. What You’ll Do: · - Manage service operations remotely and support on-site staff · - Handle customer inquiries, provide estimates, and close sales · - Promote maintenance packages, parts, and accessories · - Track sales, revenue, and expenses to hit business goals · - Lead, coach, and motivate team members virtually What We’re Looking For: · - 3–5 years in RV, automotive, or related service management & sales · - Strong leadership and customer service skills · - Experience managing teams and operations remotely a plus Job Details: · - Full-time, remote position with daily virtual interaction · - Business hours availability (flexible for occasional evenings/weekends) · - Some travel to service locations required Salary: · Salary: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience • *If you’re ready to lead a team, keep customers rolling, and build sales from anywhere, we want to hear from you!
