We at Masters Real Estate is looking for a proactive and people-focused Client Success Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. Masters Real Estate mission is to build trust, solve problems, and help clients get the most value out of our services. If you love communication, organization, and creating “wow” moments, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the real estate transaction process. Coordinate communication between clients and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions. Assist clients with inquiries related to services and real estate processes. Gather client feedback and assist in developing strategies for continuous improvement. Monitor transaction timelines to ensure deadlines are met and clients are informed. Prepare and distribute necessary documents and materials for clients during the transaction process. 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, client support, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfort working independently in a remote environment Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms a plus Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Work From Home
