Your role is pivotal in shaping products that connect advertisers with consumers effectively, leveraging data and technology to maximize impact. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute product strategies that align with Mastercard’s vision for consumer acquisition and engagement. - You will lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch advertiser-focused products. - You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market strategies. - You will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product development and innovation. - You will manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. - You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers and partners, to drive product adoption and satisfaction. - You will oversee product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize outcomes. - You will mentor and develop a high-performing product team. What You Bring: - 10+ years of experience in product development, preferably in advertising technology or digital marketing. - Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving consumer engagement. - Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, consumer acquisition strategies, and engagement metrics. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with payment technologies or financial services products. - Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning applications in product development. - Prior experience in a global technology company. - Advanced degree or certifications in product management or digital marketing.
