Job Title: Manager, FP&A Overview: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of FP&A for our financial planning and analysis automation initiatives and various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, technology, and process improvement, with a proven track record of implementing automation solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial planning and analysis. Role: - Develop and implement automation solutions for financial planning and analysis processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. - Design and implement automated reporting and forecasting tools to enhance decision-making capabilities. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all automated processes and reports. - Provide training and support to FP&A team members on the use of automation tools and technologies. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in FP&A automation and technology. All About You: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis Strong knowledge of financial systems, automation tools, and technologies. Proven experience in implementing automation solutions in a finance environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights). Knowledge of programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) is a plus.
