What You'll Do: - You will lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. - You will collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps. - You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation. - You will manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on product progress and performance. - You will ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development. - You will drive data-driven decision making to optimize product features and user experience. What You Bring: - 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or payment technology. - Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams. - Proven track record of successfully launching complex digital products. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with blockchain or emerging payment technologies. - Familiarity with global payment regulations and compliance. - MBA or advanced degree in a related field. - Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
