Role Overview: As the Director of Product Development, you will lead the strategy and execution of new product initiatives that drive Mastercard’s growth and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners worldwide. What You'll Do: - You will define and drive the product development roadmap aligned with Mastercard’s strategic goals. - You will lead and mentor a high-performing product development team. - You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches. - You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities. - You will manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. - You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. - You will engage with external partners and stakeholders to foster innovation and partnerships. - You will ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in fintech or payment industries. - Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of digital payment technologies and market dynamics. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
