Role Overview: As the Director of Cybersecurity Business Development for West North America, you will lead a dynamic team focused on expanding Mastercard's cybersecurity offerings. Your role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of innovative security solutions that protect our customers and partners. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage a high-performing business development team across the West NAM region. - You will develop and execute strategic plans to grow Mastercard’s cybersecurity business. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cybersecurity solutions with market needs. - You will identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in cybersecurity. - You will represent Mastercard at industry events and forums to enhance brand presence. - You will oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies. - You will mentor and develop team members to achieve their professional goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity business development or related fields. - Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the payments or financial services industry. - Established network within the cybersecurity community. - Familiarity with Mastercard’s products and services. - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
