Role Overview: As the Director of Cybersecurity Business Development for West North America, you will lead a dynamic team focused on expanding Mastercard's cybersecurity offerings. Your role is pivotal in driving strategic partnerships and business growth while ensuring the security and integrity of digital payment ecosystems. What You'll Do: - You will lead and mentor a high-performing business development team to achieve regional cybersecurity growth targets. - You will develop and execute strategic plans to expand Mastercard’s cybersecurity portfolio in the West NAM region. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align cybersecurity solutions with market needs. - You will identify emerging cybersecurity trends and opportunities to innovate Mastercard’s offerings. - You will represent Mastercard at industry events and forums to enhance brand presence and thought leadership. - You will manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met. What You Bring: - You bring at least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity business development or related fields. - You have proven leadership skills managing teams and driving business growth. - You possess deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and market dynamics. - You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - You are adept at strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the payments or financial services industry. - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to cybersecurity. - A strong network within the cybersecurity community. - Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
