Bachelor’s degree with experience in Sitecore, WordPress, marketing automation platforms, GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO, WCAG accessibility, UX/UI, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Full Description

Description: • Navigate and perform common content author functions within Wordpress CMS and Sitecore • Apply digital content best practices including on-page SEO, metadata, WCAG accessibility, and UX/UI • Communicate with developers/technical support to gain understanding and convey enhancement needs • Synthesize inputs from the Digital Marketing Team (SEO, Campaign, Analytics, Social) into actionable insights • Align with the Web Content Manager and Commercial Marketing Manager(s) on brand-specific digital strategy • Execute complex content updates to support product launches and omni-channel campaigns • Manage the execution of campaigns and tactics through cross-functional business and technical teams • Report to the Web Content Manager and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications or a related field • Platform experience: Sitecore, Wordpress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other similar marketing automation platforms), Zoho Forms • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager • Experience with SEMRush and BazaarVoice • Strong knowledge of On-page SEO and metadata • Knowledge of Website accessibility standards (WCAG) • Knowledge of UX and UI • Process-driven communication, proactive troubleshooting, and creative problem solving • Ability to communicate with developers/technical support to convey enhancement needs • Ability to synthesize inputs from SEO, Campaign, Analytics, and Social into actionable insights • Ability to manage execution of campaigns and execute complex content updates to support product launches and omni-channel campaigns Benefits: • Employees can work remotely • Reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities • Equal Employment Opportunity (non-discrimination policy)
