Overview Agility Worldwide is a national fitness studio with more than 200 gyms open in 20 states. Agility was founded in 2000 and is continuing to grow with plans to open more than 100 gyms in the next two years in new markets. Agilty Worldwide is looking for a Human Resource Generalist that will assist corporate as well as franchise members with hiring and managing current employee programs including benefits, employee relations and corporate memberships. Responsibilities • Drive the onboarding process for new associates (collect and process new hire paperwork, conduct orientation sessions) • Process and maintain organization and associate updates in HRIS systems, to ensure reporting structures/job titles/cost centers are correct and current • Generate a variety of reports as requested by HR, Finance, and other business leaders • Respond to general requests/inquiries from employees regarding benefits, payroll, etc. • Assist Director of Human Resources with the Company’s employee relations function including resolution of disagreements and investigations of alleged discrimination or harassment claims • Manage the visa application and renewal process for all international employees; research visa options for prospective employees and partner with outside council as necessary • Oversee File System, manage yearly archiving and oversee File Clerk Qualifications • 5 years of Human Resources experience • Experience with handling employee relations issues • Knowledge of goverment regulations that pertain to employees • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
