Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of healthcare registry systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, and ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Experience managing healthcare registry implementations, strong project management skills, Scrum Master duties including Agile coaching, stakeholder and vendor management, and knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance.
Role: Project Manager/Scrum Master - Healthcare Registry Implementation Location: Phoenix, AZ Remote Project Manager/Scrum Master - Healthcare Registry Implementation This role will focus on partnering with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage complex registry implementations including GWTG Stroke, NSQIP, cardiology registries, and Arizona-specific healthcare registries, along with 20 other registries to enhance patient care quality and regulatory compliance. Preferred Experience – Project Management or Implementation Manager of Healthcare Registries Project Management • Lead end-to-end implementation of healthcare registry systems including GWTG Stroke, NSQIP, and various other registries • Manage implementation of Arizona-specific registry requirements and state compliance initiatives • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies • Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical staff, IT developers, data analysts, and compliance team • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Healthcare Registry Expertise • Collaborate with clinical teams to understand registry data requirements and workflows • Manage data validation, quality assurance, and reporting processes as a project manager • Coordinate with external registry organizations for certification and auditing (if needed) • Support training initiatives for clinical staff on registry data collection Stakeholder Management • Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and clinical stakeholders • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external registry organizations • Present project status updates to executive leadership and steering committees • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations Scrum Master Duties • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews • Coach development teams on Agile methodologies and best practices • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure team productivity • Maintain product backlogs and sprint backlogs in collaboration with product owners • Foster continuous improvement of culture within development teams Ensure adherence to Scrum framework while adapting to healthcare regulatory requirements
