Role: Program Manager Location: remote ( prefers Phoenix AZ) The Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating a portfolio of related projects and initiatives that align with strategic business goals. This role ensures that individual projects deliver value, remain on schedule and budget, and contribute to broader organizational outcomes. The Program Manager acts as a strategic liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics. • Align program goals with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations. • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and roadmaps. • Governance & Oversight • Facilitate bi-weekly sponsor updates and executive reporting sessions. • Ensure adherence to governance standards, including demand management and prioritization. • Support project managers in navigating escalations and cross-functional dependencies. • Execution & Delivery • Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring coordinated execution. • Monitor progress, risks, and issues across projects; implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure timely updates in PWA (Project Web App) and publish consolidated status reports. • Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with sponsors, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. • Lead intake approval meetings and facilitate strategic decision-making. • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders. • Financial & Resource Management • Track budgeted vs. actuals across projects. • Support resource planning and allocation across program pillars. • Contribute to yearly goal setting and benefit realization tracking.
