This is a permanent, full-time hybrid (90% remote) Data Analyst position for Home Base, that will focus on supporting our network of outpatient program partnerships outside of Boston and our Brain Health program for Special Operators. The Analyst will be supervised day-to-day by a Senior Data Analyst and managed by the Associate Director of Engineering and Analytics. Most of the analyst's time will provide data processing and analytic services related to our partnered outpatient clinic operations beyond Boston (e.g. FL, TX, AZ). The secondary responsibility will be to deliver specialized analyses and data wrangling for the Brain Health team, specifically related to mining EHR (Epic) data for projects related to the Healthspan initiative. Finally, the analyst will also afford general redundancy across the analytics team for a range of essential activities. Job Summary • **Pay Range for this role is $75,000 to $80,000 per year*** Summary Responsible for extracting knowledge and insights from data in order to investigate business/operational problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis, and/or visualization techniques. Yes Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience working with data, preferably healthcare data 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Healthcare knowledge, particularly as it pertains to electronic medical record data, is preferred but not required. - Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau. - Knowledge and application of statistical analyses, including variance analysis and statistical significance, are preferred. - Project management skills and/or experience are a plus. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
