From concept to delivery, they partner with top distillers to bring unique, brand-defining packaging to life. The Role You’ll drive sales growth in the premium spirits packaging segment, leveraging your established industry relationships to win and expand corporate accounts. This role requires deep knowledge of specialty liquor glass, proven success in high-level sales, and the ability to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales to manage your pipeline and client interactions. What You’ll Do • Identify and pursue new opportunities in the specialty spirits glass market • Develop and execute strategies to meet/exceed sales targets • Build & maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at major spirits producers • Deliver presentations & proposals that win business • Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience • Stay ahead of trends in packaging, design, and competitive offerings What You Bring • Proven outside sales experience in specialty liquor glass or related premium packaging • Existing corporate relationships within the spirits industry supply chain • Experience with premium packaging manufacturers or distributors • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales • Self-motivation, excellent organization, and a track record of results • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + tiered bonus structure • Vacation & sick time • Health, dental, vision, 401(k) after 1 year • Car allowance + cell/internet reimbursement (up to $225/month)
