What You Can Expect The Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Program Manager will play a central role in designing, managing, and scaling programs that bring Marvell’s I&D strategy to life. This individual will partner with leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and our employee-led Inclusion Networks to embed inclusion into the way we hire, develop, engage, and retain talent worldwide. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on program manager with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Program Leadership Partner with senior leadership to execute Marvell’s multi-year I&D strategy aligned to business priorities. Lead flagship I&D programs and initiatives (e.g., inclusive leadership training, mentoring/sponsorship, global campaigns). Define KPIs, measure program impact, and present progress updates to executives and stakeholders. Inclusion Networks & Employee Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor and program manager for Marvell’s Inclusion Networks, enabling leaders and members to scale their impact globally. Provide governance, resources, and tools to Inclusion Networks to ensure alignment with business and cultural objectives. Coordinate global awareness events, cultural celebrations, and educational campaigns to foster belonging across Marvell sites. Talent & Leadership Enablement Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to integrate inclusive hiring practices and expand diverse talent pipelines. Partner with Learning & Development to design toolkits and training that build inclusive leadership and team practices. Support initiatives that improve equity and accessibility across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through career development. External Partnerships & Benchmarking Manage relationships with external organizations, benchmarking surveys, and awards to position Marvell as an employer of choice. Represent Marvell at industry forums and partnerships focused on inclusion and diversity. What We're Looking For 7–10+ years of experience in Inclusion & Diversity, HR, Talent, or related program management. Proven track record of driving enterprise-level inclusion initiatives in a global, matrixed organization. Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence and inspire at all levels. Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure progress. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (or equivalent experience). Preferred Attributes Experience in a technology or semiconductor environment. Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures. Comfortable leading sensitive conversations with empathy, professionalism, and cultural awareness. Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 111,800 - 165,500, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
