Sr. B2B SAP Commerce Cloud Business Analyst Location: US based (Remote) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior B2B SAP Commerce Cloud Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves gathering requirements, defining processes, and ensuring successful delivery of B2B commerce capabilities. Responsibilities • Capture and document business requirements for B2B commerce features. • Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and process flows. • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define needs (account hierarchy, contracts, approvals, punchout, etc.). • Perform gap analysis and propose system enhancements. • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure accurate implementation. • Support UAT and validate business acceptance criteria. Requirements • 7+ years of business analysis experience. • 3+ years focused on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). • Strong knowledge of B2B commerce processes (contracts, custom pricing, approvals, punchout, quotes). • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. • Strong facilitation, communication, and documentation skills. • Experience with Composable Commerce and Spartacus storefront. • Knowledge of SAP ERP integration with SAP Commerce Cloud. • Exposure to omnichannel commerce and data migration projects.
