In this role, youll manage multiple clients and jobs simultaneously, serving as the central point of contact between internal teams, fabricators, installers, subcontractors, and clients. This role demands a seasoned project manager with a strong background in the signage industry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication effectively. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete lifecycle of signage projects, from initial client consultation to final installation. • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction. • Coordinate schedules and workflows between internal departments, including design, fabrication, and field installation teams. • Communicate with subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and execution of outsourced work. • Interpret construction drawings, architectural plans, and site documents for estimating, scheduling, and installation purposes. • Prepare and manage accurate project budgets, timelines, and documentation. • Create detailed estimates and assist in procurement and purchasing of project materials. • Maintain project files, track progress, and report status updates to clients and leadership. • Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project delivery. • Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management with a focus on corporate signage or a related industry. • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet research. • Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural plans. • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written. • Experience in estimating and purchasing for signage or construction projects. • Effective problem-solving and time management abilities.
