Regional Account Manager – Automotive & Powersports Marketing (Digital & Dealership Focus) Location: New York / New Jersey Region Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $175,000 (base + commissions/bonuses) Job description: If you know how automotive or powersports dealers think, sell, and grow their business, we want to talk to you. Martin City Marketing (MCM) is expanding in the New York / New Jersey region. We already partner with dealerships — now we need a Regional Account Manager – Automotive & Powersports Marketing (Digital & Dealership Focus) to drive growth by developing new dealership relationships and collaborating with our team to strengthen existing accounts. This is not a desk job. You’ll spend 2–3 days per week in the field, meeting with dealer principals and GMs, building trust, and showing how our digital and creative marketing solutions help them sell more cars, motorcycles, and powersports vehicles. Over time, this role has the potential to expand into overseeing the region. What You’ll Do • Prospect, pitch, and win new dealership clients across NY/NJ. • Spend 2–3 days per week visiting dealerships to build in-person relationships. • Carry and exceed an individual sales quota, contributing to regional growth. • Collaborate with teammates to expand and retain current accounts. • Partner with MCM’s internal teams (social, PPC, SEO, creative, print, direct mail) to deliver measurable results. • Present campaign performance and growth strategies directly to dealership leadership. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across MCM’s full range of services. • Build a foundation to eventually lead the NY/NJ region. What We’re Looking For • 5–7 years of digital sales, digital account management, or digital marketing experience (automotive dealership or related vendor experience strongly preferred). • Established relationships with automotive or powersports dealers in NY/NJ are a major advantage. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.) with a willingness to keep learning. • Confident communicator who can present directly to dealer principals and GMs. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing travel, sales, and client management. • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to own and grow a territory.
