Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Account Executive for our Atlanta office based out of our Atlanta office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Evaluate client risks by reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials to develop tailored solutions and articulate the impact of options. Collaborate with Account Management colleagues to retain business and generate new business opportunities. Implement growth and retention strategies to meet sales goals and drive revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver best-in-class service and foster growth. Serve as a primary client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience. What you need to have: Property and Casualty license. 8+ years of experience in the Insurance/Risk industry. Substantial experience in risk evaluation and client advisory within the insurance or risk management industry. Proven track record in business retention and growth, with strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly to clients. Strong understanding of market conditions and compliance requirements. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work.
