Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Indirect Sales team at Mercer. This role will be based in Louisville, KY. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We're looking for a Senior Data Analytics & Insights Specialist who can turn data into actionable intelligence that drives growth. This role is at the center of how we measure performance, understand customer behavior, and inform go-to-market strategy. You'll partner closely with marketing and commercial leaders to build dashboards, uncover insights, and recommend actions that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
